Pricing

Pay for what you analyze.

One API key covers every modality — image, sound, text and multimodal. There is no separate charge per capability and no penalty for using more than one. Platform monitoring is a flat subscription on top.

Developer

For building and testing. Test keys, full access to every modality, community support and rate limits sized for development rather than production traffic.

How billing works

Pricing is quoted per account because the right number depends on your mix of modalities and volume — audio costs more to process than text, and a request that also performs retrieval does more work than pure analysis. Rather than publish a rate that would be wrong for most workloads, we size it with you before you integrate.

What you are billed forUnitNotes
API analysisPer 1,000 successful requestsRate varies by modality. Volume tiers apply automatically as usage grows within a billing period.
Index hostingPer 100,000 indexed items per monthStorage and refresh of your searchable catalog. Re-indexing an existing item is not charged as a new analysis.
Visibility platformFlat monthly subscriptionPer brand, by the number of tracked queries, channels and locations. Independent of API usage.
Professional servicesFixed scope or monthly retainerDone-for-you execution, quoted per statement of work.

What is never billed. Failed requests returning 4xx validation errors, requests rejected by rate limiting, and requests that fail because of an error on our side are not counted against your usage.

Common questions

Do I need a separate plan for image, sound and text?

No. That is the point of the architecture — one key and one endpoint reach every modality. You are billed for what you actually call, not for which capabilities you have switched on.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with a test key and a trial allowance so you can validate quality against your own data before committing. We would rather you prove it works on your catalog than take our word for it.

How am I invoiced?

Monthly in arrears for usage, monthly or annually in advance for subscriptions. Enterprise accounts can be invoiced net 30 against a purchase order. Terms are set out in your Order Form and governed by our Terms of Service.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

Requests above your rate limit receive a 429 with a Retry-After header rather than being silently dropped or billed at a penalty rate. If you expect a spike, tell us in advance and we will raise the limit — see rate limits in the documentation.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled effective at the end of the current term. You keep access until the term ends and can export your data for 30 days afterwards, as described in our Data Processing Addendum.

Do you use our data to train models?

No. Content you send to the API is processed to produce your result and is not used to train general-purpose models without your written permission. This is a contractual commitment, not a setting — see the Privacy Policy and Trust & Security.

Ready for a number? Tell us the modalities, the monthly volume and whether you need retrieval, and we will send written pricing — usually the same business day. Contact sales.
